EVENT: Essence make up is finally here

Today I want to blog about a beauty event that I’ve recently been invited to. Essence, a famous German makeup brand http://www.essence.eu/uk/home/ has finally launched in the UK. The event was held at The Studio ( Northern Quarter  ) where the company’s German crew introduces us to the multicoloured world of their makeup . All bloggers were given an opportunity to choose an unlimited number of beauty items from the brand stand so we were allowed to pick what we really liked and will enjoy using which I found to be a much more effective promotional strategy than just providing us with a “generic”goodie bag full of fake tan as it normally happens when you attend similar beauty& fashion events. From the brand’s presentation we were surprised to found out that Essence is a no.1 brand in 72 countries and all their make up is made in Europe!   We also had an exciting make up session with a professional makeup artist and nails technicians who created some fantastic looks using a vibrant  Essence makeup range and, of course, delicious snacks and drinks . After trying out Essence makeup for a couple of weeks now my verdict is …. it’s an affordable brand ( starts from 99 pence and the most expensive item is £4.99)  with the quality of Maybelline/Rimmel! Concentrating on the quality and cutting down on the packaging cost the brand managed to create an impressive product line which is destined to have a very promising future in this country. I’m extremely happy with all the items I’ve chosen from their range especially with the bronzers , nail polishes and lip products . I would strongly advise you all to go and try out this amazing makeup . It’s available in Wilkinson stores and if you are in Manchester we have a massive Essence stand in Arndale Shopping centre .
