H&M Collaboration with Kenzo #KenzoXHM

I was very very excited about this collaboration! Being a massive admirer of Kenzo brand I was over the moon when I heard that this Paris based fashion house will be collaborating with H&M. Once the collection pics appeared in the magazines I knew straight away I would buy most of the pieces so when the 3 of November came I was among the first lucky customers to get my hands on the most wanted items in H&M Hamburg’s branch. I fell in love with “Jungle” theme which can be seen throughout the collection. Why Jungle? Because the founder of this iconic Japanese brand Kenzo Takada  (who presented his final show at the label in 1999) started out with a ‘Jungle Jap’ boutique located in Paris and decorated in jungle inspired decor. In 2011 designer duo Humberto Leon and Carol Lim joined the label and have been at the helm ever since. “We wanted to really tell the story of the brand and of us, added Humberto Leon. Together with H&M, we will invite all the customers and fans to the real Kenzo world.”

I opted for this orange “Jungle” jumper (I also bought one in black and many other pieces that will be featured in my future looks very soon) which I paired with hight waisted straight leg jeans from H&M  and City bag by Balenciaga. I hope you all are having a fabulous week. Speak soon X
