Hacienda

The best club in the 80’s   Manchester music scene  is celebrating 30 years today! The club opened its door on Friday May 21st 1982.The place was absolutely an inspiration for my music, Madonna played her first ever UK gig there ,the club was a  pioneer of House and Acid music in the 1980’s and shut down in 1997.

I went to a party to celebrate 30th birthday where I met the best DJ who started his carrier of djing at the club Graeme Park and the co-orner of Hacienda and bass player form Joy Division and then New Order and club Fac 51 owner  Peter Hook .
