EVENT: Warehouse A/W14 Collection Preview #Talesofthecity

I’m very exited about new trends that winter bring this year so a kind invitation by Arndale Center team to preview Warehouse A/W14 collection was exactly what I needed. I was blown away by a vast selection of furs, sleek skirts and fine knits . Models for the show were sales assistants of the shop and I must say they all did a great job, be afraid Cara Delevingne, be very afraid as there’s lots and lots of  upcoming talent going your way! The collection introduces us to a “yummy” world of soft pastels in candyfloss pink and sweet ice-cream shades. Very warm and fluffy textures combined with knitwear co-ords look incredibly stylish. I’m in love with the staples that were given a luxe update this winter . Now it’s all about long line tops in cashmere or cotton and shirt dresses layered over ribbed tube skirts. The outwear in neutral colour palette lays the foundation for this A/W outwear. You can mix a classic parka or cape with ripped denim or with skinny ribbed leggings. A monochrome animal print coat is a Must this season. You can style it with vibrant reds fine knit jumper to give your look a striking edge . Think bohemian New Yorker meeting Manchester Northern Quarter fashionista . It is an ideal time to be fearless with colour – if it’s grey outside it doesn’t mean we have to wear only grey and black! Add a fluffy fur collar to your outfit and declare the Autumn Colour War. Just have a look at the collection itself, you will get instantly inspired by the contrasting palettes and variety of textures.
Thank you Jason Lock for the gorgeous pictures!
