This weekend I’ve been invited by Carousel PR to come down to Selfridges for Hot!Mess Press day. When I arrived I’ve been greeted by the the brand founder Tayla-Blue who started this brand at the age of 19!  HOT!MESS is a worldwide online destination for fashion loving, free spirits that aren’t afraid to break the rules. The brand was founded in August 2013 when inspired by her grandma’s wardrobe  Tayla decided to launch her first collection, which reflected the modern view on a 80-90′s fashion. Since its launch, Hot!MeSS has seen huge interest from high profile celebrities such as Kylie Jenner, Cara Delevingne and Ellie Goulding, who have been spotted wearing the brand associating it with the risk takers and the rule breakers. The majority of Hot!MeSS’ designs are proudly made in UK. Teaming up with UK Youth, the largest youth charity in the country, Hot!MeSS are also sponsoring programmes for musically or artistically talented kids with a donation of 5% of their profits

From April 2015, Hot!MeSS has been stocked in Selfridges Birmingham Bullring and Manchester Exchange and has proved to be the best-selling brand in the street wear department. Hot!MeSS is planning appear on Oxford Street in near future. Following the success of the label, Tayla launched a new brand on the site, Baziic – minimal, clean cut, basic collection.
I really enjoyed browsing through collections and already have some of my favourite pieces, which I would love to recommend to my readers. The key pieces for me are black mesh swimsuit, Hollywood pink elastic bikini and various crop tops.
I will speak to you all soon. Xx
