One of the biggest trends this summer is “nightwear as daywear” and I decided to feature this Pyjama shirt in my today’s blog post. I picked this long loungewear style elongated shirt in Zara sales for just£7.99. I mixed it up with retro style flares from H&M to give my look a sixties swing vibe. Although we wouldn’t argue with a fashion trend that privileges comfort, I have to admit the idea of wearing pyjamas during the day still feels a bit too “radical” to me and if you are not brave enough to wear a whole set of silky shirts and matching, slim-fit trousers you can just try to start mixing your daily outfits by adding “nightwear ” style shirt or trousers to your look separately like in my case, my ootd looks both effortless and polished at the same time. While this trend might sound low maintenance, it’s actually kind of the opposite, I spent quite a while in front of the mirror before my ootd started looking both effortless and polished at the same time. I added my summer go-to Prada bag in cornflower blue and Chanel flats as final touches of perfection:)
I hope all of my readers are having a great week, I’ll speak with you all in my next blogpost X
