Today I want to blog about this season’s must have embroidered bomber jacket. In the world of outerwear, satin and silk bomber jackets are the new black. They are all over the runways ( Gucci, Chloé, Saint Laurent, and many other designers showed their affection for bomber jackets in their A/W16 collections) and of course our British hight street is not exception with stores such as Zara, Topshop, Asos capitalising on the colourful and embroidered styles. When I first saw this Two -In- One Reversible bomber form Topshop it reminded me straight away a jacket shown on the Gucci SS16 catwalk . This gorgeous piece in bright green satin decorated with dragons on the back deserves a lot of praise not only for its beautiful appeal, but also for its versatility. It works with virtually anything, whether it’s a fancy slip dress or just a pair of track pants, plus being reversible I can easily combine it with many different pieces. I added my Zara wrapped jeans, Stella McCartney platforms and Balenciaga City bag. I hope you like my look. Speak soon
