Hello hello my lovely readers !! I’m back and writing for you. Last weekend I went to Madrid for my birthday to celebrate it in the sun and take a little rest from the crazy Manchester’s fashion life. I felt like I urgently needed a glass of Sangria and a few tapas on the “terraza” so I did not think twice when booking my flight almost at the last minute. The weather (as usual in Madrid in April) was fantastic – 26 degrees! In such weather conditions our tired of rain and cold mancunian population would be out in the parks and back gardens exposing their red semi-naked bodies to the long-awaited sun, while the locals in Madrid were still wearing coats and scarfs looking askew at my summery outfit..Locos! lol. As you probably know, I lived in Madrid for 6 month last year (more looks from that fashionable time you can find HERE ) so traveling back was a great reminder of those sunny and carefree days that I spent blogging from my rooftop flat. I know all the hidden gems of the city so I chose a mysterious Debod Temple park and the beautiful Royal Palace to pose and shoot my looks on that day. Here’s my birthday outfit: this bf jeans are from Primark, stripe top is from Zara, bag by Balenciaga and my new statement neckless is by an iconic spanish brand ( equivalent to Mulberry ) Bimba y Lola (http://www.bimbaylola.com) which is famous for their exclusive jewellery and superb quality leather bags. I love this brand and usually when travel to Spain buy tones of their jewellery ( it’s very hard to find it in the UK). Obsessed with Lulu Guinness lips bags I decided to collect everything that comes in lips shape or pattern, so when I saw this lips neckless and ring I just had to have it. Also, mirrored sunglasses are a big hit this summer. These “aviators”which I bought from ASOS just for £8.00 are perfect to complete anyone’s look! I’m wishing you an amazing bank holiday. See you soon!
