Spring season is in full swing and it’s a perfect time to invest in new fragrances which are all about pure, unrefined and rare ingredients this year. The demand for unique signature fragrances has been increasing constantly over the last few years with authentic artisan blends topping the list of the most desirable perfumes. Fragrances have always been vital to me,  every scent interacts differently with each person and can be a powerful trigger of long-forgoten memories, thoughts and associations; perfumes are undoubtedly an important part of our identity.

As long as I can remember I’ve always  been a huge fan of more “girlie “, floral and fresh scents.  That’s  why new Coach Eau De Parfum “Floral ” here  (inspired by Coach’s signature leather tea roses) subdued me with its feminine scent opening with a splash of citrus coeur and a touch of effervescent pink peppercorn with radiant pineapple sorbet. The heart reveals a bouquet of fragrant flowers-rose tea, jasmine sambac and gardenia-before an enveloping dry-down to elegant creamy wood, patchouli essence and musky notes.  I absolute love wearing it on a sunny day when I’m running around town from one meeting to another, I always get tons of compliments when I wear it.

My next fauvarote fragrance is by Tunusian  born, Paris based designer Alaïa Paris .” Alaïa Nude “here Eau De Parfum, is a fruity and floral creation to tantilise the senses. Seamlessly blending top notes of cedar and cashmeran with a middle of orange blossom, the feminine scent is enriched with a hearty base of Tonka bean, musk and leather.  What I love about this scent is the fact that it is present and long-lasting without being overwhelming. I usually wear it on my night outs or to evening blogger events.

Another new and exciting launch is by Issey Miyake  L’Eau D’Issey Pure Nectar.  here  This  is a refined, pure and generous fragrance, without a doubt one of my favourite Issey Miyake fragrances so far.  With a top note of honey pear, a heart of sweet rose and a base of creamy sandalwood, ambergris and signature cashmeran, from the nose of perfumers Dominique Ropion and Fanny Bal, this new fragrance is perfect for  spring/summer . The bottle comes in a beautiful copper color associated with a zenithal light that plunges us into a bright and blossoming nature.

I would definitely recommend you these 3 favourite fragrances as a must-have addition to your new Spring/Summer fragrance collection. Don’t forget share with me your own discoveries in the world of scents for this season! Speak  soon. X
